All product quotations supplied by Vedic Vistas Global are provisional and subject to market fluctuations until an official Proforma Invoice is issued and formally accepted by both parties. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply based on the specified product category.
Payment terms will be strictly as delineated in the commercial contract. Standard methods include telegraphic transfer (T/T) and Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. Shipments are strictly dispatched only upon the satisfaction of agreed-upon payment milestones.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of business operations or website usage shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, India.
