Orders for bulk export commodities can be canceled up to 48 hours after the purchase order is confirmed, provided that processing and packaging have not yet commenced. Any cancellation requested after processing has started may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover material and operational costs.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dehydrated fruits, vegetable powders, spices, and Ayurvedic herbs, all sales are considered final once the shipment has been dispatched from our facility or the port of origin. We do not accept returns or process refunds for completed shipments unless a critical quality defect is identified that violates the agreed product specifications.
Every shipment from Vedic Vistas Global is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent, NABL-accredited laboratory verifying product specifications prior to dispatch. If a buyer identifies a legitimate discrepancy, a formal claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the cargo's arrival at the destination port. Claims must be supported by an official analysis report from an internationally recognized independent testing agency.
Vedic Vistas Global shall not be liable for any shipment delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, port closures, or changes in international trade laws.
