We operate primarily under standard Incoterms 2020, commonly offering FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight). Freight timelines depend heavily on the destination port, vessel availability and customs clearance procedures at both origin and destination.
To ensure a smooth transition through customs, every shipment is closely accompanied by necessary export documentation. Standard documentation includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Analysis from NABL-accredited labs.
For CIF shipments, comprehensive transit insurance is provided to cover the cargo against physical loss or damage while goods are in transit. For FOB shipments, buyers are responsible for securing adequate insurance coverage once the goods have passed the ship's rail at the named port of shipment.
